This is a picture of note someone wrote and a kid found it in the playground. This connects to me in many different ways. One way it connects to me is because when I was little, the other kids use to write notes like this to. For example, when I was younger, my friend Jasmine sent a note to someone and asked him did he like her. Another reason I chose this certain picture because I could never spell tomorrow. I found it extremely interesting to me because I did the same thing when I was child. As you can see, this image connected to me in many different ways.

In the picture above, it shows a picture of many different scarves. I show this picture because I feel nostalgia about scarves.  I feel nostalgia about scarves because when I was five years old, I received this scarf for my birthday and I loved it. I loved this scarf so much that I would not take it off. I still love scarves today too. My mother always reminds me of this day, every time she sees me with a scarf on, she mentions that her and my father had to wait until I fell asleep to remove the scarf. This scarf was really important, I had extremely nostalgic for this particular scarf.

Nat Goldin was an extremely great artist. Nat is a great example of a postmodern artist. Some examples that have helped me come up with this idea are that she has numerous artworks that depict representin’. Most of all Goldin’s paintings represent some type of message or concept. A great example where this can be pointed out would be the picture I used of the lady who had been abused. I found this an extremely outstanding way to approach the concept of representin’. As you can see this is the major reason why I would say Nat Goldin is considered a postmodern artist.
